Should I open a B&B…?
Your feedback is key in helping think through the best way to move forward.

I would absolutely love to OPEN a Bed & Breakfast (in the part of our home that is separate) a couple times a month. I have put a lot of thought and intention into my business plan, but I have to make the numbers work in order to run the Bed & Breakfast in the way I am desiring to do it. Therefor I would love your feedback. We would host singles or couples, but these prices are for a couple. There are no pets or kids, no smoking, or events.

I am targeting a certain type of guest (someone like YOU), this is how I have described them in my business plan. This is who I would love for you to keep in mind as you are filling this out. If you it’s you or someone you know even better.

Some of Our Guest’s Beliefs and Values: Self care, quality over quantity, they respect and honor themselves and others, they do good in the world and offering their gifts - therefore they can respect, receive and enjoy the gift of others. They value and are looking for experiences. They see and enjoy effort in details, authenticity, nature, support local. They want and enjoy simple elegance, creating memories and traditions and also experiencing new things. They value feeling seen and known and thought of. They care about or like the idea of a connected, holistic and wholesome approach to their life, even if they don’t know how to create it for themselves. Maybe that is why they book.

For example part of our mission/vision statement : We are selling a unique lodging experience that focuses on peace, rest, nature, health and connection in simple and very intentional ways.

The stay would be a 2 night minimum. "A retreat away" *
How likely are you to book 2 nights away in the same place? I mean it will be amazing so, yes of course you can stay longer for a different price ; ) but lets start with 2.
